This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, disclosed and protected when you use this Wynwood Grand marketing website (the "Site") or submit an enquiry through it. By using the Site or submitting the enquiry form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

This is an independent marketing website. It is not the official developer website for Wynwood Grand and is not produced, endorsed or authorised by City Developments Limited unless expressly stated.

We collect only the information you choose to provide through the enquiry form, which may include:
- Your salutation and full name
- Your email address and mobile number
- Your preferred unit type and any message you send us
The Site is largely static and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your web browser or hosting provider may collect limited technical data (such as IP address) for security and basic analytics purposes.
3. How we use your personal data
We use your personal data to:
- respond to your enquiry and contact you regarding Wynwood Grand;
- send you the e-brochure, floor plans, indicative pricing, updates and VVIP preview details when available;

If you provide a Singapore telephone number, you consent to being contacted by voice call, SMS and messaging apps (including WhatsApp) in relation to Wynwood Grand and similar property, notwithstanding any registration with the Do Not Call (DNC) Registry. You may opt out at any time by informing us.
